IMPACT Who you are, what you stand for, how you act, how you listen and how you lead are your keys to success. These parts of you are on show. So how are you showing up? INFLUENCE Who are your audiences? Can you flex your story and style to influence up to Board, and C-Suite? Can you flex down to work with your teams, and across to influence your peers? INSPIRATION What do people need in these extraordinary times? What is your vision and how do you communicate change to motivate and inspire people to follow? What is the story and culture we have to co-create to bring people together, to act boldy and with confidence? Every change is an action. |
